Your watch is placed in our service queue. When we reach it, the battery is replaced following the procedure described above. If we notice anything that requires your attention—corrosion, a degraded seal, unusual movement behavior—we contact you to discuss it.
Collection
You collect your watch, now running properly. We explain what we observed during the service and answer any questions you might have about the watch's condition or care. It's a brief conversation, but one that leaves you informed about your timepiece.

A straightforward price for straightforward work. This covers the battery, the careful replacement procedure, seal inspection, and a brief functional check to confirm the movement is running properly.
