2. Acceptable Use

When using our services, you agree to:

• • Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms
• • Not misrepresent the origin, authenticity, or condition of watches presented for service
• • Respect our staff and maintain professional communication at all times
• • Not attempt to interfere with the proper operation of our services or website

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms or engages in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior.

3. Service Requests and Communication

To request our services, you may contact us through our website contact form, email, or phone. When submitting a service request, you agree to:

• • Additional charges may apply if unforeseen issues are discovered during service
• • Payment is due upon completion of service before the timepiece is returned to you
• • We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit cards (subject to processing fees)
• • Prices are quoted in Euros and are inclusive of applicable taxes

If you do not collect your serviced timepiece within 90 days of notification, storage fees may apply. Unclaimed items after 12 months may be disposed of in accordance with local regulations.

6. Service Quality and Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our work and provide the following warranty:

• • Servicing work is warranted for a period of 6 months from the date of service completion
• • The warranty covers defects in workmanship and failure of replaced parts
• • The warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear
• • Water resistance is not guaranteed beyond the manufacturer's specifications and requires regular testing

To make a warranty claim, you must present your service receipt and bring the timepiece to our location for examination. Warranty repairs will be completed at no charge if the issue falls within warranty coverage.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of Orologi Studio or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

You retain ownership of any watches or personal property entrusted to us for service, subject to our right to retain possession until payment is received.
