Frequently Asked Questions
What types of inquiries do you accept?
We welcome inquiries about watch servicing, repair estimates, service timelines, technical questions about specific calibres, and general questions about our process. If you're unsure whether we can help with your particular watch or issue, please reach out and we'll let you know.
How do I get a service estimate?
The most accurate estimates come from examining the watch in person. You can bring your watch to our workshop during business hours, or send us an inquiry through this form with as much detail as possible about the watch and any issues you've noticed. We'll provide a preliminary assessment and arrange for a proper examination.
Can I mail my watch for service?
While we prefer in-person drop-offs for security and insurance purposes, we can arrange postal service in certain circumstances. Please contact us first to discuss the proper packaging and shipping procedures. We recommend insured shipping with signature confirmation for valuable timepieces.
Do you provide emergency or same-day service?
For simple battery replacements, we can often accommodate same-day service if you visit during less busy hours. Full mechanical servicing requires proper time for disassembly, cleaning, and adjustment, typically taking several days. We don't offer rushed service as it would compromise the quality of work.
What information should I include in my message?
Please include the watch brand and model if known, the type of movement (automatic, manual, or quartz), any specific issues you've noticed, and when the watch was last serviced if you know. Photos can be helpful but aren't necessary for an initial inquiry.
